Mike King is back again with the Western Anglers group from Grand Junction, Colorado and put this great fish into Stacy’s net today. As I was talking fish with Mike and the boys this evening, I got a phone call from JoelZ. He was up in July with Phil and Keno and is coming back in two weeks with his son Jacob. It will be Jacob’s first trip and he is so excited after hearing the stories that he just had to call and get the word. Can’t wait to meet you Jacob and fish with you and your Dad. Tight Lines, … and we will save you a few.
Mike King is back and I got a special phone call.

[...] a lot of fun to do it with. Funny how we both ended up with blogs here on WordPress. Check out the Mystic Fishing Blog. I’ll eventually get around to posting up my article on that trip. I just need to find that [...]
Fred and Stacy,
Another fantastic trip with you guys. We had an incredible time and landed some pretty amazing fish …. lost a few as well. Fred, I am sending a photo to your email address, and you had better post it on this blog. It truly illustrates how much a guy like you starts looking like the fish after 20 years on the Kenai! It is kind of like how some folks tend to look like their dogs or at least get dogs that look like them. Who would not want to fish with a guide who is so fishy he looks like one?
Thanks again for the tremendous trip – We have already booked next year!
